Website Manager

Part Time | Contract | Remote

The Website Manager is responsible for ongoing maintenance of the organization’s website by managing the front-end and back-end of the website; servers and databases; and ensuring a positive user experience. The Website Manager will also be responsible for helping to conceptualize and complete ongoing website enhancement projects. Additionally, the Website Manager will help oversee the administration of the organization’s web services offerings and customer service.

The duties of this position can also be summarized below:

  • Reporting to the Executive Director

  • Managing Workplace Fairness' website, servers, and online databases

  • Web services maintenance, customer service, problem solving, and renewals

  • Create various reports on website performance, analytics, and online reach for Workplace Fairness and clients

  • Proficiency with PHP, WordPress, Elemantor, SEO and PPC

  • Video editing experience a plus but not required

  • Participating in weekly administrative and communications meetings as well as periodic meetings with members of the Board

  • Experience managing complex content systems

  • Experience in responding to and troubleshooting all website issues, and improving the user experience (UX) of the website
