Edgar Ndjatou Joins Workplace Fairness in Washington, D.C., to Lead Organization Activities

Dear readers:

We would first like to say thank you to all the individuals and organizations who continue to support Workplace Fairness. Your constant support and investment help to ensure that we can continue educating workers and their advocates and promoting worker-friendly public policy.

With the departure of our Senior Advisor Paula Brantner, we are pleased to announce that Edgar Ndjatou has joined the organization as Interim Program & Client Director.

This time of transition is a chance for celebrate and assess how far we’ve come and the leader who guided us here. On behalf of all of us, we thank Paula Brantner, for her 18 years of dedicated leadership as Executive Director from 2008 to 2016 and as Program Director from 2003 to 2007. Brantner will continue to serve as a fierce advocate for employee rights by expanding her focus on sexual harassment and toxic workplace prevention strategies through her rapidly growing consulting firm, PB Work Solutions. You’re invited to stay in touch through her firm’s website or mailing list.

As Interim Program & Client Director, Ndjatou will direct the sales, marketing, and customer service strategy for the 0.1.2.3 program, a collection of web services for plaintiff-side employment attorneys. Ndjatou will also oversee content updates for our award-winning workers’ rights website. Ndjatou has expertise in directing all aspects of programs for a national organization educating workers and their advocates and promoting worker-friendly public policy. He will be media lead for Workplace Fairness and will provide expert commentary to mainstream and digital media on a wide variety of workplace topics, including sexual harassment, workplace privacy and employment discrimination.

Our new Director, Edgar Ndjatou, shares not only the vision of Workplace Fairness but sees the pathway to continue to ensure Workplace Fairness remains the premier online resource for workplace information and continues to expand its offerings for attorney advocates and those who count on comprehensive legal information.
