The managers at my internship have been very good about ensuring that I’m able to focus on school and let me take time off after I had a bad reaction to my third dose. I've had other bosses and coaches do the complete opposite, which was very frustrating. It's nice to know my work ethic and dedication to the team is not put into question when I'm feeling ill.
